When the map comes up and you get the view you want, right click - choose Save Picture As - Save to a location of your choice.
Open CorelDRAW - Click on Import - go to the location you saved the picture - Select it and choose Import.

When you see an image that looks like an angle bracket - press enter, this will place the map in the middle of your drawing page.
Size it with the corner handles. Remember these maps are not the best of quality so it may be pixilated.
After you have the map the size you want then import the Traffic Graphics images to finish the drawing.

This process will work for aerial photos you find as well.

Sometimes sites will not let you save a picture so here is another method.
This method does give you some limitations because you will get the whole page.
With the page you want to copy press the PrtScn button on your key board
(this button should be at the top of the keyboard) nothing obvious will happen -
Go to CorelDRAW and press CTRL+V to paste the image into CorelDRAW.
Size and then add Traffic Graphics.
