Welcome to our online training and tech support. There are live people here most of the time including extended hours if you need us. Normal Hours are 8:00 am 5:00 pm Mountain Time.

Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.

A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem. We will then set up the screen sharing or training session.

How It Works:

Step 1: Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, we will initiate a screen-sharing session. Complete the fields below, select your support representative from the drop-down menu and click the Click Here.

Step 2: You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.

Step 3: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Step 4: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

Traffic Graphics Quick Start Training
Traffic Graphics Quick Start Training: is a 3-hour LIVE online training class using Traffic Graphics® software, and your high-speed Internet connection. NOTE: this live class is just like us being at your office watching over your shoulder.
Learn the tools and short cuts to start drawing your traffic control diagrams faster and more efficiently. We can tailor the class to meet your needs by conducting a basic functionality class for beginners or teach current users the advanced features.

We prefer to schedule a dedicated time for your training session, but in some cases, we can conduct training at the time of your call.

Quick Start Training will enhance your bottom line in several ways, no travel expenses, you do not have to wait until we are in the area, you can budget your training costs and schedule it at a convenient time.

Requirements: A 3-hour block of time, which can be broken up into two sessions (must be with the same student), a computer with a high-speed Internet connection, a phone line (we pay for the phone call) and Traffic Graphics installed on the computer.

**Important: the Quick Start training is limited to using Traffic Graphics; you must still know the required elements of your traffic plan.

Technology Note: We use GoToAssist

GoToAssist allows a secure method for our training staff to view your computer remotely, while speaking to you on the phone. Since we can see what you are doing on the computer, we talk you through the steps to complete your traffic control plan. Because this is hands on training you control the computer, and you can allow the instructor to control the mouse for guided instruction. Security and privacy is of the utmost concern to us, you may disconnect the connection at any time during the session.

If you prefer one-on-one focused training this may be of interest to you. Denver and the surrounding area offer a wide variety of activities year-round. Mix business and pleasure, as we are only 60 miles from the ski slopes and 75 miles from some great fishing. The price for training at our facility is $400.00 each for one or two people for an eight-hour class. We are limited to two students per day.
